Since 2015, the Civil Organization “Public Control System ‘Slovo i Dilo’” has been developing one of Ukraine’s largest systems for monitoring the public activity of politicians, officials, and government institutions. The results of this work are published on the “Slovo i Dilo” platform and are regularly used by journalists, editors, analysts, and the public as a source of structured data.

Public Outputs
One of the key outputs is the database of public promises and commitments, where the content of public commitments, their status, and actual implementation are recorded. This tool makes political accountability measurable and understandable for citizens.
Another important output is accountability ratings, which allow public officials to be compared based on the implementation of their stated commitments. Visual analytics and infographics help explain complex issues in accessible formats.

“Slovo i Dilo” materials are regularly cited and used by Ukrainian media. Over the recent period, references and republications have appeared across national, regional, and industry-specific outlets. This demonstrates that the organization’s analysis is integrated into the broader information ecosystem and used as a data source for journalistic content.

The platform’s audience is primarily concentrated in Ukraine, reflecting the organization’s core focus. At the same time, the materials are regularly accessed by users from other countries, including Poland, Germany, the United States, and the Netherlands.
